COPYRIGHT
When you pay to have your picture taken, you get to own the copyright. I do hold the right to use your images for advertising, such as on this website, but will never sell the images for any other purpose, and if your photos are from a "Body Shots" session they would only be posted on the password protected page and I will get written permission for each photo before it is used . You have the right to do whatever you want with your images... you may share them as you wish, sell them to anyone, and get prints made anywhere you wish. You bought them, they belong to you.
The one exception to the copyright rule is with "free" shoots. Models who choose to book a TFCD shoot will have no ownership. The full copyright will remain with gk~image. The Model may use provided images in their personal portfolio and for posting in online social and networking sites, but may not alter the images in any way or attempt to sell them for any purpose. I go beyond what most photographers do though and will pay you if your image ever sales. That's right, if you shoot TFCD and I ever sell an image of you for commercial uses I will contact you and pay you a percentage of the profits. Try to find that deal with any other photographer.

PORTRAIT CONTRACT
As part of any photo session, one responsible member of your party will be required to sign a simple contract. This contract gives information on the type of photo session involved, the rate for the session, payment arrangements, and the basic copyright and release information as stated above. This protects each of us and is your proof of purchase. If the session is for anyone under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must sign the contract and be present during the shoot.

FUN
You must have fun with gk~image! If not, you will be pummelled with potatoes. Seriously, photos show emotion....if you are stressed or grumpy it will show. Take a deep breath, show all of your teeth, and just have fun. Just look at these satisfied customers....and one who got pummelled. (I ran out of potatoes so I just had to use some snow! She got the message and looked much happier in the one to the far right.)
